The McHale Fusion 3 Pro is a fully automatic integrated baler wrapper which is controlled by the iTouch control console. The McHale Fusion 3 Pro provides new levels of operator comfort with its large 7? touch screen monitor, in-cab net and density adjustment, camera, and faster wrapping speeds along with a host of other features. The McHale Fusion 3 Pro uses net to bind the bale in the chamber and features the McHale patented bale transfer and vertical wrapping ring, which are noted for their reliability, speed and positive bale transfer in hilly conditions.

iTouch Control Console with Touch Screen

The operators link to this efficient machine is the iTouch Control Console with its large 7” touch screen monitor. The McHale Fusion 3 Pro comes fitted with a camera as standard to monitor the transfer and wrapping operation at the rear of the machine. The camera image automatically displays on the 7” monitor in the tractor cab at key points throughout the cycle – when the bale is being transferred to the wrapping table, at the beginning of the wrapping cycle and when the bale is about to be tipped. The iTouch control console has a second camera input if required.

From the iTouch console, the operator can adjust bale density and the number of layers of net from the comfort of the tractor cab.

• The McHale “iTouch System” is a modern control console featuring the latest in touch screen technology. The iTouch boasts a large 7? colour screen in a rugged, hard-wearing enclosure displaying all the information that a user requires to monitor how the machine is performing.

• This touch screen monitor features a 7? colour screen with easy to understand icons that control various functions on the machine. The McHale iTouch system was specifically designed and tested to be user-friendly and this approach is reflected in its full colour screen and graphic display of all machine settings and functions. The iTouch control console, when combined with the load sensing valve on the McHale Fusion 3 Pro is capable of making baling and wrapping fully automatic.

• McHale Fusion 3 Pro – Camera

• The iTouch monitor features a camera to monitor wrapper operation.

• The Inbuilt camera can work in two modes:

• Manual monitoring

• At any point in the cycle the operator can switch to camera mode to view the rear of the machine on the iTouch screen.

• Automatic monitoring

• In automatic mode the camera will automatically appear on the screen at points such as, when the bale tip is pressed.

• The bale chamber on the McHale Fusion 3 Pro integrated baler wrapper splits horizontally (like a clam shell) and the lower section of the bale chamber doubles as a transfer mechanism to transfer the netted bale into the vertical wrapping ring. This unique McHale patented system delivers a number of advantages over other integrated baler wrappers, namely in terms of;

• The McHale Fusion 3 Pro integrated baler wrapper is 5.8 metres long. Overall it is shorter and more maneuverable than the competition. This is a distinct advantage when working in small fields or hilly conditions.

• On the McHale Fusion 3 Pro integrated baler wrapper, the bale transfer takes place as the bale chamber is opening & closing. As the transfer occurs in one movement or step as the baler is opening and closing, the transfer does not reduce the machines output when compared with a traditional fixed chamber round baler.
