2025 Haybuster® Tub Grinders H-1135
The H-1135 Big Bite tub grinder is Haybuster’s newest and largest heavy-duty PTO grinder.
The H-1135 Big Bite tub grinder is designed with the features and the durability you need in an 11’ tub grinder. Some of these features include tub tilt, heavy hammermill with ½” plates and forged hammers along with 1 ¼” rods, dual augers, and a 26’ long stacking conveyor.
Features may include:Dual High Capacity AugersThe H-1135 has 12” diameter x 4’ long dual augers for discharging ground product. Augers are mounted with two heavy-duty bearings located at the base of the discharge, allowing free flow of product to the stacking conveyor. Expansion of the discharge area allows for higher capacity and reduces possibility for plugging.
90 Degree Tilt TubThe H-1135’s tub opens a full 90 degreees for easy access to the hammermill and drive train for maintenance and service.
Electronic GovernorOn the H-1135, the tub rotation feeds the hammermill using a Wachendorf Electronic Control Governor, which stabilizes engine load by adjusting or stopping the tub speed. It also controls tub direction, clockwise, stop, and counter-clockwise as well as tracking total grinding hours and job hours.
Drive SystemThe newly designed drive system was updated for easier service and maintenance of the H-1135. The drive allows for a much smoother running grinder.
Heavy Duty Axle Transport System445/50R x 22.5 Super Single Tires 16.1 x W14C, 8 bolt rims with 6” pilot hole. Tapered Bearing System.
High Capacity Stacking ConveyorThe hydraulic folding 24” wide by 26’ long high-capacity stacking conveyor is designed for the increased capacity of the H-1135. It can stack material 18’ 6” high.
