Why Consider S & H’s Service Shield Inspection & Service Packages?

S & H’s Service Shield packages offer you drastically reduced labor rates for a basic inspection plus a complete service including filters & oil!
Plus hauling is included (up to 60 miles) when you buy a 2 or 3 year tractor, baler, discbine or skidsteer Service Shield plan!
Hauling is included on all lawn mower Service Shield Packages (1 or 3 year)!
When you buy a 2 or 3 year package you have a locked in rate that protects you from any future increases in labor, parts or package rates if purchased a year at a time.

Is it better to buy a Service Shield Package or use S & H’s standard Winter Fix Discounts?

S & H’s Service Shield packages will cost you less than having your equipment’s oil changed & serviced vs. using S & H’s Winter Fix discounts.
Why? S & H’s Service Shield Program offers extra service labor discounts which allows us to keep our technicians busy during the slow winter months. Plus most of the 2 & 3 packages include 60 miles of hauling in the pricing. No hauling is included (free) with the Winter fix discounts!

Can I combine a Service Shield Package & the Winter Fix discounts?

Absolutely! If your equipment is needing additional repairs above a basic service you will receive the Winter Fix discounts for those items. Keep in mind the Winter Fix discounts on Labor, Parts & Hauling is from Oct 1st through December 31st! From Jan 1st through March 1st there is only a Winter Fix discount for labor.

What if I don’t need to have my baler or discbine serviced every year?

No problem. S & H’s Service Shield program gives you the flexibility to buy a 2 or 3 year package & then used the service every other year. (for example- a 3 year package must be used over 5 years)!

If I buy a 3 year Tractor service shield can I use more than 1 service in the Oct 1st – March 1st time period?

As long as the tractor(s) are in the same Service Shield Package (i.e.- 78-145 hp) then you can used 1, 2, or 3 service packages in a year as long as they are scheduled in the Oct 1st -March 1st time period.

Why must the inspections & service be completed between Oct 1st & March 1st?

S & H offers the Service Shield Package discounted rates only during this time period to keep their shops busy during the slower winter months.

Who decides when the service is to be completed on my equipment?

S & H’s service department will call you ahead of time & set up a time for either you to bring in the equipment or schedule a pickup. S & H will try to work with a customer’s schedule, however our service department needs to schedule this service work throughout the winter months for an even workflow & pick up & delivery.

How many inspections/oil changes do I get in a 1, 2, or 3 year plan?
